In Kaluga, 90 passengers were kicked out of the airport at night. On Thursday, January 6, one of the victims told Izvestia about this.

Air passengers tried to fly from Kaluga to Simferopol, but could not do this due to a breakdown of the aircraft. At the same time, the airline did not provide passengers with food or accommodation in an emergency.

One of the passengers, named Nadezhda, said that the flight was supposed to be at 18:00, the flight was delayed several times, then they said that the plane had broken down. Citizens were promised that they would be able to fly to Simferopol in the morning.

Representatives of the airline first promised to check passengers in a hotel, provide food and water, but then canceled the flight.

“That is, there will be no hotel, no food, nothing. Well, that’s it … Do what you want, ”she complained.

The woman also noted that they were not offered other flights. Now passengers will be able to fly from Kaluga on a free flight for 40 thousand rubles only this weekend.

On December 31, in Yekaterinburg, the transport prosecutor’s office organized a mobile reception at Koltsovo airport for passengers who could not fly to Antalya, Turkey. This was due to the repeated postponement of Azur Air flight ZF-9695.

The passenger of the flight, Elena, in turn, said that during the waiting period for the plane, they did not explain anything to people, they did not even offer water. According to her, the airline was unable to provide a serviceable aircraft, as two aircraft arrived defective.
