They want to make fines for breaking silence in the Administrative Code

The Administrative Code proposes fines for breaking peace and quiet at night. According to Izvestia, such a bill was sent to the government for conclusion by the deputies of the State Duma Committee on Labor and Social Policy.

The document proposes to supplement Chapter 20 of the code with a new article on administrative responsibility for violating the peace and quiet of citizens at night. The legislation of a number of subjects establishes a prohibition, as well as administrative responsibility for the commission of these offenses.

“However, the process of bringing to justice with the participation of not only the internal affairs bodies (police), but also other officials is rather complicated and too lengthy in time,” says the explanatory note, which is at the disposal of Izvestia.

In this regard, the head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov proposes to introduce administrative fines into the Administrative Code for this violation: for citizens – from 2.5 to 5 thousand rubles, for officials – from 10 to 20 thousand. , for legal entities – from 50 to 100 thousand rubles.

As Izvestia was informed in the press service of the government, the bill has been sent to the executive authorities for expert study.
