What does it take to be an attractive candidate for companies? How can you achieve this? Here I share some key aspects.

Self-awareness is the cornerstone of an effective personal brand. Understanding your values, passions, and strengths allows you to authentically communicate what you can bring to a company. Conducting regular self-assessments, seeking honest feedback from colleagues and trainers, and reflecting on your achievements and learnings will help you gain a clear vision of your value proposition.

  • Generate interesting content and become an expert in your field

Companies are looking for candidates who not only meet the requirements but also add value. Becoming a specialist in your field and sharing interesting content is a great way to demonstrate your knowledge and passion. A LinkedIn study reveals that professionals who share content on a regular basis are 10 times more likely to be contacted by recruiters. Participating in conferences, writing articles, and being active on professional social networks are effective ways to position yourself as an authority in your field.

The ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively is an essential skill in any profession. According to the World Economic Forum, communication skills are among the top 10 skills most in demand by employers by 2025. Taking public speaking courses, joining discussion groups, or practicing your presentations in front of a mirror or with friends can help improve this skill. Good public speaking not only builds conviction but also reinforces trust and credibility.

With only her gaze, I could execute the choreography perfectly; her encouragement and support were invaluable, and it is a trait that I have maintained throughout my life, but over the years I learned that this type of support can only be used to my advantage if I surround myself with people with good intentions. Context and environment are crucial. It is vital to be with good teachers, trainers and mentors who give us the strength to continue forward.
