Actress Elena Proklova on Monday, January 10, confirmed that she is in intensive care in one of the capital’s hospitals.
“I’m fine, I’m currently in intensive care, I can’t speak, I’m sorry,” she told Vechernyaya Moskva.
Earlier that day, the 68-year-old actress was taken to one of the Moscow clinics.
Proklova was admitted to doctors with dizziness, high blood pressure and acute cerebrovascular accident. After the examination, it turned out that the artist had a stroke a few days ago.
The Izvestia source said that the artist is in a state of moderate severity.
Elena Proklova was born on September 2, 1953 in Moscow. Her first film debut took place in 1965 in the melodrama “They Call, Open the Door.” She also became famous for her roles in the films “Dog in the Manger”, “Mimino” and “The Captain’s Daughter”.
