- Conclusion of the employment contract.
- Employer bankruptcy.
- Death, retirement or disability of the employer.
What are the requirements?
As this benefit is intended for workers who have been dismissed without justification, they must meet certain requirements to be eligible:
- Permanent workers: having worked at least 6 months with contributions in the last 3 years prior to dismissal or termination of the contract.
- Seasonal and casual workers: having worked less than 12 months in the last 3 years and more than 90 days in the year prior to ending work.
- Construction workers: They must have at least eight months of work with contributions in the two years prior to dismissal or completion of work.

Those who have met the requirements will receive an amount of $168,500.
