The meeting took place in the context of a key week, in which the ruling party will face the special session in Congress that will seek to stop the veto of the pension reform and university financing.

Javier Milei himself had received the majority of the deputies who arrived on Monday, August 30. On that occasion, he explained to them his decision to veto the reform of the pension mobility that had been approved by Congress. The ruling party is seeking allies for the special session that was called on Wednesday at 11 a.m., in which it will try to maintain its veto.
