- Have children between 45 days and 17 years of age inclusive. Minors must attend educational establishments incorporated into official education (initial, primary and secondary levels).
- In the case of children with disabilities, there is no age limit. They must attend official or special educational establishments (public or private) or receive support from private teachers, or attend sheltered workshops or vocational training or receive rehabilitation.
- The Family Group Income (IGF) in August must not exceed $3,321,518. In turn, the maximum limit for each member is $1,660,759.
