A 64-year-old US citizen has been arrested in Moscow on charges of sexual abuse of his children. This was reported to Izvestia on January 15 by the press service of the Savelovsky Court.
According to the press secretary of the court, a measure of restraint was chosen for him in the form of detention for a period of 2 months (until 03/13/2022).
According to Izvestia’s source, the complaint against the man was written by his Russian ex-wife. According to her, the American, while in the city of Houston, sexually harassed his two sons, born in 2010 and 2014.
On January 14, the man was detained, and a criminal case was opened on the fact of the mentioned crimes under the article “Violent actions of a sexual nature” (132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
