Police are looking for a man who spoke rudely to the citizens next to him on a bus in Moscow. This was reported on January 16 in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city.
“On January 16, a video was published on the Internet, in which a man, while on the bus, spoke rudely to the citizens next to him. Currently, the Moscow police are carrying out a set of measures aimed at identifying, searching for and detaining a citizen. On this fact, the investigating authorities made a procedural decision, ”the message says.
Earlier that day, the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Moscow opened a criminal case on the fact of the scandal in the Moscow bus. It was noted that in the actions of the young man “there are signs of a crime, namely inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity, committed with the threat of violence.”
At the same time, Alyuset Azizkhanov, a member of the Public Chamber of Dagestan, said that the man who caused the scandal should be punished. In his opinion, his relatives and parents should also be responsible.
The incident became known on January 15. The young man had a skirmish with the driver, who did not drop him off at the wrong place. Then he started yelling at the passengers and uttered chauvinist threats. The video of the scandal went viral on social media.
