The investigation began following the receipt of documentation from the Rosario Federal Fiscal Unit, headed by María Florencia Giecco, in relation to an intimidating call made on the afternoon of August 23 of this year, in which a subject put aware of the possible existence of explosive material in the two spaces, before the arrival of the national leader.

Consequently, the members of the Anti-Terrorist Investigation Unit Department of the PFA began investigations in order to establish the identity and whereabouts of the person involved.
As a result of the investigations, it was determined that said call had been made from a cell phone without a SIM card and that the Emergency Call Center service, CATE 911, had confirmed that the device belonged to the company Telefónica Móviles SA, of which no further data could be obtained.
However, thanks to the skillful expertise and experience of police personnel, it was determined that said call had been made from the city of Rosario.
Due to the complexity of the investigation, personnel from the Cybercrime Technical Department and the Forensic Acoustic Division of the PFA participated.
Finally, with all the evidence obtained, the magistrate ordered the search of 3 homes, during which a 63-year-old Argentine man was arrested, while two Argentine women, 59 and 70 years old, were identified.
Nine cell phones used to make threatening calls, a pen drive, a CPU, a notebook and other items of interest to the cause were also seized.
The detainee, along with the seized items, were placed at the disposal of the intervening magistrate.
