In the Voronezh region, a criminal case was opened on the fact of an accident, the victims of which were three people. This was announced on Monday, January 17, by the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case has been opened under an article on violation of traffic rules, which negligently caused the death of two or more persons, writes RT.
The police noted that the necessary examinations have been appointed. Eyewitnesses of the incident are established and interrogated.
The accident occurred on January 16 in the Novousmansky district on the 530th km of the M4 Don road. It was established that the driver of a BMW car, moving towards Moscow, collided with a MAN car, which was performing a U-turn maneuver, NSN writes.
As a result, the driver of the BMW, as well as two of his passengers (a man and a woman) died, in addition, a five-year-old girl was injured. The child was hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
