A new stage of selling tours under the tourist cashback program has started in Russia. It will be possible to buy a ready-made tour or a separate hotel accommodation from January 18, said Zarina Doguzova, head of Rostourism.
“Let me remind you that all regions of Russia participate in the program without restrictions. More than 2 million various and interesting offers have been prepared for tourists. And this, by the way, is half a million more than last year. During the period of the program, almost all over the country you can go skiing and engage in all active winter activities. In the same period, sanatorium-resort and health-improving vacations are relevant, including hotels with indoor water parks and heated pools,” Doguzova noted.
Another opportunity for recreation is cultural and educational trips throughout the country, the head of the department said.
In addition, tourists can save money by choosing cheaper accommodation options, and with cashback you get a double benefit.
“A special type of recreation that is now gaining popularity is cruises. It will be possible to go to them with cashback from the moment navigation begins until the end of May,” Doguzova said.
A new stage of sales of tours with cashback began at midnight Moscow time on January 18 and will last until 23:59 Moscow time on April 12. Go you can travel until April 30 inclusive.
The main conditions of the program remained the same: Russians can pay for the tour online using the Mir card, after which cashback will return to the card – 20% of the cost of accommodation or tour.
The maximum cashback amount is 20 thousand rubles. The number of tours per person is not limited.
You can choose a suitable tour on the official portal of the worldtravel.rf program or on the websites of program partners. You must make sure that the tour is included in the program, it includes tours and hotel stays of two nights or more.
The previous phase of the program was completed ahead of schedule on September 9 due to high demand.
According to Rostourism, last year more than 1.6 million Russians purchased hotel accommodation and tours under this program for more than 34 billion rubles. The total amount of cashback was about 6.7 billion rubles.
