The new measure responds to the provisions of Decree No. 355/17, which stipulates that “all temporary appointments of personnel in permanent and extra-echelon positions with a rank and hierarchy lower than Undersecretary, vacant and budget-financed, will be carried out by the Chief. of the Cabinet of Ministers, at the proposal of the corresponding jurisdiction or entity,” according to the official document.

Throughout her career, Mira was mainly dedicated to audiovisual production and held a state position during the last Government. During the administration of Alberto Fernández, he held the position of administrative technical delegate of the Undersecretary of Management of Spaces and Special Projects of the Ministry of Culture, in 2021.

In this way, Mira was officially appointed with the position of Director in the decentralized body of the Undersecretary of Management and Cultural Development, dependent on the Secretariat of Culture of the Ministry of Human Capital, a portfolio created through the Decree No. 8/2023 as part of the restructuring of the National Cabinet carried out by Javier Milei. Along these lines, and as part of the reform, the budget credits and organizational units from the then Ministry of Culture were transferred to the Ministry of Human Capital.
