The operation against the clock for the collapse of the Dubrovnik hotel in Villa Gesell continued throughout the early hours of the morning and will continue this Wednesday with the idea of continuing with the rubble removal work and thus finding those trapped.
During the night of Tuesday, more than 200 firefighters and rescuers continued with the work of removing debris and trying to make contact with some of the missing people, in the midst of a scene of anguish and desperation.
For the early morning work, lighting towers were added and the Minister of Security of Buenos Aires, Javier Alonso, said: “We are not going to leave here until we remove the last stone of rubble.”
In addition, the official highlighted that they are working on the cause: “The objective is to rescue the trapped people, but we are also documenting everything and collecting evidence so that there is no impunity.”
