The development of a smart apartment building (MKD) standard implies the possibility of introducing and using smart devices from various manufacturers and suppliers in a single information ecosystem. This was announced to Izvestia in the press service of the ministry on Thursday, January 20.
“It is planned to provide MKD with a minimum list of smart solutions. A complete list of systems, modules and end devices that will form a single digital system is still under discussion.” – said the department.
Earlier on the same day, the media reported that Andrey Zarenin, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Digital Development, sent letters to representatives of Yandex, Rostelecom, Etalon Group of Companies and 37 other organizations. He asked them to send proposals with a list of services that will make it possible to call the house and apartment smart. The list is necessary for the state standard (GOST) being developed for a “smart” apartment building. Recipients of the letter should send their proposals before the next meeting – January 21.
Thus, it is proposed to include in the GOST project a platform for monitoring all services, face and car number recognition systems, as well as monitoring the housing and communal services infrastructure. The extended package includes a concierge robot, a delivery robot, a cleaning robot and other digital employees.
Plans to create a GOST for a “smart” home became known in September. According to the draft roadmap for the development of the communications industry, which the Ministry of Digital Development is developing jointly with operators, the standards should be prepared by March 2022. The project noted that the houses built and put into operation will be brought up to the standard of a “smart” house during a major overhaul.
