Actor Bill Murray surprised passers-by with a spontaneous street concert in New York

American actor Bill Murray staged a spontaneous concert in Washington Square Park in New York. This is reported by Page Six, an appendix to The New York Post.

The 71-year-old actor performed several songs from the musical “West Side Story” and also read poems.

“The police are asking us to turn off our microphones. Let’s tear this place apart!” Murray told the audience before leaving the impromptu stage.

It is noted that cellist Jan Vogler, violinist Mira Wang and pianist Vanessa Perez joined Murray, the Zvezda TV channel notes.

According to Gazeta.Ru, Bill Murray previously starred in the Marvel Cinematic Universe project. According to him, he accepted the role because he liked the director.

Earlier, on January 21, British singer Adele posted a video on her Instagram where she tearfully apologized to her fans for postponing concerts in Los Angeles.
