Can an artistic experience, at least for a few moments, help us bring together citizens in a creative, inventive and non-violent context?” they ask. In this experience, a nomadic audience is invited to explore the “real” world, and then move to a closed room in which multiple displacements and reconfigurations can be generated. In this proposal the city becomes a composite city, or a dream city, or a collective invention.
The proposal, which fuses theater, music and cinema, was born within the framework of the “Abasto in situ” Festival, a cycle of site-specific works carried out in public spaces with the aim of strengthening the links between different artistic disciplines and the local population. .

The first version of this project, located in Abasto (“Cinematique Abasto”), was developed based on a very close link with Commune 5 and the residents of Abasto and was developed during the months of December 2022 to July 2023. In February 2023, the work participated in the Buenos Aires International Festival (FIBA).
In September she was invited to the Microcentro Cuenta Festival, for which she created the “Cinematique Microcentro” version together with Noche de Cúpulas. On this occasion, the management was developed in conjunction with Commune 1, the Microcentro Cuenta Festival, the Paco Urondo Cultural Center and the Bencich Building in Tucuman 810. In November, it was invited to participate in the Nevadas de Bariloche Festival with the version “Cinematique Bariloche ”. In April 2024, its creators carried out an intervention specifically designed for the Bicentennial Bus Line, within the framework of the “Festival of Unexpected Spaces” in Vicente Lopez en Escena. For this version we worked in collaboration with the drivers of that bus line, the neighbors who contributed their stories.
At the moment, Coulasso and Castro Pizzo They made “Cinematique Santiago”, which will be held at the “TeatroenCasa” Festival on November 29 and 30 in Santiago, Chile, and they are preparing the “Cinematique La Serena” version, which will take place at the Teatro Puerto 2025 Festival in La Serena, Chile.
The creators concluded: “The community is the mess in which we find ourselves. We all do and are made by others. Each of our productions asks one (or a thousand) questions about life, our entire practice is one big question about life. Each work we create is an attempt to regenerate the world, or the thousands of possible worlds that we invoke, to stretch the margin of the possible and the impossible. Each gesture we imagine is a question about the “world” and each work is a possible variation on an idea of “world”, because this one, the one we have and occupy, discourages us. Each work is an uncomfortable and transformative question about the world we have, and the thousands of others we could have if only we forced ourselves to look differently.”.
