Soviet and Russian film and theater actress Olga Shramko died at the age of 58 after a long struggle with a serious illness. This was announced by the Mikhailovskoye Museum-Reserve on its page on the social network VKontakte.
According to the press service of the museum, she died on January 13.
Since 2016, Shramko has served at Mikhailovsky, first as a tour guide, and then as a methodologist for scientific and educational activities. Movie viewers remember her for the films “Zoyka’s Apartment”, “The Grass is Green”, “Woman of the Day”.
“Olga Yuryevna Shramko was a real intellectual, able to share her knowledge, listen and feel her interlocutor or the audience in front of her,” her work was appreciated in the museum.
Shramko also served in the Leningrad Theater named after Lenin Komsomol (“Baltic House”).
