From now on, more than 4.5 million taxpayers will have a new tool available Issue receipts in just three steps on cell phones and computers.

It will be through Biller, a tool created by the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) which allows issuing electronic receipts for the sale of goods and services from cell phones and computers.

The measure will be regulated by General Resolution 5602/2024. Until the publication of this regulation, only social monotributists and those in categories A, B and C could use it.

The biller is a tool created by the organization to issue electronic receipts in just three steps on cell phones and computers.

The tool is designed to simplify the billing of local shops such as warehouses, bazaars, butcher shops, hardware stores and kiosks, among others. It can also be used by workers who carry out trades such as carpentry, bicycle repair, electricity, blacksmithing, plumbing and mechanics, among others.

How it works

To issue their tickets and invoices, monotributistas who use the platform must enter billador.afip.gob.ar with your CUIT and tax code to then detail the data of the operation for which they issue the receipt. The tool offers the possibility of keeping sessions active to carry out operations for eight hours.

The service allows you to save and consult the history of receipts to share them by instant messaging and email. The new biller contemplates the possibility of issuing tickets and type C credit notes, and viewing and downloading previously issued receipts.
