Investigators opened a criminal case after the death of two people and the hospitalization of a child due to poisoning in the Moscow region. This was announced on Saturday, January 22, by Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.
The fact that the bodies of a man and a woman with signs of poisoning were found in one of the apartments in the village of Obukhovo became known earlier that day.
According to the investigation, on January 22, a relative found the dead in an apartment on Lenin Street. Doctors pronounced the death of a man born in 1986 and his wife born in 1993, and the child was hospitalized.
A criminal case has been initiated under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence to two or more persons”).
Currently, a complex of investigative actions is being carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
The prosecutor’s office put the investigation under control.
