On the footage, young people force their victim to apologize for the “rotten market”, use foul language against him, after which they demand to kiss the shoes of one of them. At this moment, the bully kicks the teenager in the face.
It turned out that the incident occurred in the city of Balashov on January 20. The investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the region organized a pre-investigation check on this fact.
“Investigators of the Investigative Committee are carrying out a set of measures aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. An objective legal assessment will be given to the actions of these persons. According to the results of the audit, an appropriate procedural decision will be made, ”the ministry said in a statement.
The identities of all the characters in the video have been established. As it turned out, the participants of what is happening are not 18 years old.
On October 11, in Makhachkala school No. 51, during a fight, a student stabbed a peer. The victim died in the hospital, a criminal case has been opened. The student suspected of murder was taken to the police station. He told law enforcement officers that he did not want to kill, but was only going to scare a classmate.
