Martino will leave office after the elimination of “Las Garzas” in the quarterfinals of the MLS Playoffs against Altanta United – a team he had previously coached.
The Rosario coach says goodbye to the club after a year and a half, where he coached 67 games, of which he won 35, drew 16 and lost another 16.
“If you think about where we were last November, obviously there is progress in the club, not just in the team. But if you consider the expectations for the playoffs, obviously we have fallen too short,” the coach had declared after the elimination of the Inter Miami of the competition.
