At one point in the interview, the presenter asked Milei about who the best soccer player of all time is, to which the president responded: ”From my point of view, I have seen Maradona play. I saw him play in his last year at Argentinos Juniors, before moving to Boca. I saw him play for the Japanese youth team in ’79 and I have enjoyed Maradona enormously”.

However, he stressed that, “Without a doubt, the best player of all time, not only in Argentina, of all time, even better than Pelé, is the case of Messi.”. Then, he cited an article called ”Messi is impossible”, where he explained that the most incredible thing is that the man from Rosario ”is the best in all facets of the game”.
”The reality is that I have never seen a player like Messi in my life, I have never seen anything like him.” he sentenced. And he also equated his goal average with that of Pelé. ”Messi does things that seem technically impossible; They seem physically impossible. It’s like watching Usain Bolt run. It seems non-human”.
He also referred, after a mention from the driver, to Maradona’s memorable feat against England in the 86 World Cup in Mexico: ”I remember it. We saw it at my godfather’s house, and seeing how he dribbled past the entire opposing team is something that was truly something… you can’t describe it.”
His passion for music and how he relates it to his management
On the other hand, he recalled his years as a singer in a band, and also assured that ”the most impressive rock singer in the history of humanity was without a doubt Elvis Presley”. Likewise, he indicated that his favorite band is the Rolling Stones: ”I have one deep admiration for Mick Jagger. And I still have the dream of being able to meet him in person.”

Fridman asked him about the possibility of sharing the stage with the English band, to which Milei assured that it was “a very big dream.” But he warned: ”Don’t get my hopes up because I set goals and then I achieve them”.
Finally, it was considered as a showman: ”My idea is that when you go to one of our events, it’s like going to a Rolling Stones recital. In fact, in one of my most recent presentations at Luna Park I had the pleasure of singing in front of 10 thousand people. It’s on my Instagram. I have sung a song called Panic Show.”
