Max Capital announced the acquisition of a part of the shareholding of Agrocentro NDC, a company that is part of the Negocios de Campo economic group.

In a new step towards the diversification of its businesses, Max Capitala leading company in the Argentine capital market, announced the acquisition of a part of the share package of NDC Agrocenter, a company that is part of the economic group Country Business, company with vast experience in the management of agricultural businesses that range from the marketing of grains and inputs to agricultural production.
