A resident of Tula was removed from the Sochi-Pulkovo flight for refusing to wear a medical mask and a skirmish with the crew of the aircraft. The crew commander decided to remove the passenger from the flight and call the police, Izvestia was told on January 23 in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region.
“The aviation security dispatcher informed the police that when boarding the plane, one of the passengers, who spoke on the phone, expressed rude obscene language, entered into a verbal skirmish with the remarks of others not to violate public order. And at the request of flight attendants to wear a medical mask, he refused, ”the ministry said.
The police took the 36-year-old violator to the duty station of the Sochi airport. In relation to the man, two administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 (“Petty hooliganism”) and under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure to comply with the rules of conduct when introducing a high alert regime”).
The materials were submitted to the Adler District Court for a decision.
In mid-December, in the Volga Federal District, a passenger flying from Ulyanovsk to Moscow was removed from the flight for refusing to use personal protective equipment. While on board the plane, the man behaved aggressively, insulted the crew members and refused to wear a mask. It was noted that the passenger was in an inadequate condition.
Protocols were drawn up against the citizen for non-compliance with the rules of conduct in an emergency and the use of drugs.
