Parity: a group of workers will achieve basic salaries greater than ,000,000

This new agreement not only ensures more competitive salaries in the pharmaceutical industry, but also reinforces the union’s commitment and business chambers with the rights and needs of workers.

The increase positions the sector as one of the best paid in the countryhighlighting the value of training and specialization in the field of health and laboratories.

The agreed increase is 10.70% on August salaries, and will come into effect from November. This adjustment especially impacts the truniversity abajadas of categories Awhose basic salary will reach $2,020,978.20.

For their part, other categories will also benefit from updated salaries: operators with a qualifying titlewhich will be collected $1,804,443.80and the qualified workers without a university degreewhose salary will rise to $1,361,495.20.

On the other hand, the agreement was not limited to basic salaries, but also included improvements in several salary components additional. So much so that for the Health Day will be delivered $61,527.40.

For its part, the Maternal Room will have a benefit of $286,084.37 (non-remunerative sum), and there will be a Vacation Bonus of $203,822.34. These measures seek to reinforce the benefits package for employees, recognizing the importance of their work in a strategic sector.

Participation of business chambers and unions

The agreement was signed by FATSA, led by Hector Daerin collaboration with various chambers from the pharmaceutical sector:

  • Industrial Chamber of Argentine Pharmaceutical Laboratories (CILFA).
  • Argentine Chamber of Medicinal Specialties (CAEME).
  • Business Chamber of Pharmaceutical Laboratories (COOPERALA).
  • Argentine Chamber of the Veterinary Products Industry (CAPROVE).
