The Justice ratified that Alberto Fernández will have to pay 30% of his retirement for the support of his son

The court rejected the appeal that the former president had presented, considering that 30% of a total of $17 million was excessive. His proposal to set deadlines for the measure also did not prosper and he maintained it for an indefinite period of time. The minor, who is two years and eight months old, currently lives with his mother, Fabiola Yañez, in Spain.
