The state organization ANSES is preparing important benefits for the month of December and one of the groups that benefited from this news were the PNC. Non-Contributory Pensions are a key tool to guarantee rights and provide economic assistance to people who, for different reasons, cannot access a traditional retirement.

Its objective is to guarantee a minimum income and contribute to improving the quality of life of vulnerable sectors and unlike traditional retirements, they do not require a history of work contributions, although they do require compliance with specific requirements depending on the type of PNC.


The amount of the PNC It is equivalent to 70% of a minimum retirement. Currently, it is updated quarterly through the Mobility Law. Furthermore, the beneficiaries have access to other programs such as the Alimentar Card, health coverage through PAMI and additional bonuses on special dates.

Who can access the ANSES PNC
The PNC are divided into different groups, so to access each of them you must be part of the following groups:
- Disability
- Old age
- HIV or Hepatitis
- Mothers of seven children.
Requirements to collect the ANSES PNC
PNC for Disability
- Prove a work disability of 66% or more, through an Official Medical Certificate (CMO).
- Be up to 65 years of age.
- Be a native Argentine, or naturalized, resident in the country (in the case of foreigners, prove a minimum continuous residence in the country of 10 years, if the applicants are minors, parents or guardians must prove a minimum continuous residence in the country of 3 years).
- Do not collect retirement or pension.
- In the case of minor applicants, the family group’s income cannot exceed 4 minimum pensions.
PNC for Old Age
- Be 70 or older.
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine, resident in the country. In the latter case, you must have resided in the country for at least 5 years before making the application (foreigners must have resided in the country for at least 40 years before making the application).
- Not collect, neither the holder nor his or her spouse, a retirement, pension or withdrawal of a contributory or non-contributory nature, granted by any pension regime.
- Not possess assets, income or resources of another nature that allow their subsistence and that of their cohabiting family group, nor relatives obliged to provide food.
- Not being detained at the disposal of Justice.
- In the case of a marriage, the old-age pension will be processed only in favor of one of the spouses.
- The definitive absence from the country will result in the loss of the right to the benefit, from the moment it is known.
PNC for Mothers of Seven Children or More
- Not collecting a retirement or pension.
- Not having enough assets or income to support yourself with the people who live with you.
- Be Argentine or naturalized.
- If you are a foreigner, you must have resided in the country for fifteen years.
- Prove that you have 7 or more children.
PNC amount in December
The amounts to be charged will be different for each group:
- Non-Contributory Disability Pension: $181,719.13.
- Non-Contributory Pension for Mother of 7 children: $259,598.77.
- Non-Contributory Old Age Pension: $181,719.13.
- Non-Contributory Pension for people with HIV and/or Hepatitis B and/or C: $181,719.13.
PNC: when do I get paid in December 2024
People who belong to any of the beneficiary groups of the PNC will collect their salaries in the following way:
- Documents ending in 0 and 1: December 9, 2024.
- Documents ending in 2 and 3: December 10, 2024.
- Documents ending in 4 and 5: December 11, 2024.
- Documents ending in 6 and 7: December 12, 2024.
- Documents ending in 8 and 9: December 13, 2024.
