Regarding the role of CEOs in the country, Szuldman asserted that “You always have to be very attentive, no matter if it is Argentina or another place,” because CEO is a “complicated” role.

“I am more used to it in Argentina and now in Uruguay with new openings and I see that perhaps things are not so complex. We have to be accustomed to this dynamism and adapt to these changes all the time,” he highlighted.
The search for talent and attention
Szuldman highlighted that “AQA is the business unit of the company that is growing the most, a well-known water bottle in hospitality and gastronomy,” while he said that at this moment the firm is working on “professionalizing ourselves with the search for talent and decentralizing decision-making with managers, which helps a lot when it comes to projecting.”
For the PWG leader, it is key to “be very aware” of people. “As we are a service company, our customers choose us every day. “If we don’t serve them well, the client cancels,” he reasoned.
Future projects
On the other hand, Szuldman highlighted the presence in 14 places in Argentina and Uruguay and, thinking about the future, stated: “We studied other markets and are launching a new business unit: AQA for offices. We have a lot of expectations and pilot tests with technology companies and banks.”
To that, he added an initiative for the hotel and gastronomic sector. “We launched something that hits the mark in Europe and the United States, which are treatment systems for coffee machines,” accurate.
It also highlighted the company’s growth. “We have been transitioning from a small company to something more medium-sized. Today we are 200 people, but less than three years ago we were 50. We grew in a very short time and the roles were changing. Before it was more dynamic and today it is putting together budgets, projections and starting to fulfill them,” he noted.
