A criminal case of murder was initiated in the city of Arseniev, Primorsky Krai, where an explosion occurred that resulted in the death of one person. “On January 25, 2022, in the common corridor on the sixth floor in an apartment building along Ostrovsky Street in the city of Arsenyev, the body of a man with signs of violent death was found. On this fact, the investigating authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder), ”the message says.
An investigative team has arrived at the scene and is conducting an investigation.
“According to preliminary data, the man died as a result of numerous injuries to the body and loss of blood. Witnesses are being interrogated in the criminal case, forensic examinations have been appointed, all the circumstances of the incident are being clarified,” the press service added.
The explosion happened earlier that day. According to Izvestia, a grenade exploded in a residential building in Arseniev. According to preliminary information, six people were injured in the incident. One of them died.
