The mother of a boy found naked in the cold in the Altai Territory bit the policemen who tried to take her children away from her. This was announced on January 26 by the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.
“After receiving a signal about what happened (that a five-year-old boy was kicked out naked in the cold. – Ed.), employees of the prevention system came to the house of the accused in order to remove the children from the family. In order to obstruct the lawful actions of officials, the accused used violence against the district police officer, biting his hand with her teeth. And then, already in the office of the police department, she bit the inspector of the PDN (juvenile affairs unit. – Ed.), ”the message says.
In addition to accusations of neglect of parental duties and cruelty towards children, the woman was charged under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Use of violence against a representative of power”).
On January 24, it became known about the start of an investigation into the appearance of a video with bullying of a child in the Altai Territory. The boy’s mother and stepfather were detained the next day.
According to investigators, on January 21, in the village of Seleznevo, Shelabolikha District, the suspects, dissatisfied with the behavior of their five-year-old son, kicked him out of the house. The boy spent a long time outside naked at sub-zero temperatures. In addition, the investigation established the facts of systematic torture of the boy and his brothers of six and one and a half years by the mother and her partner.
