The salary improvement was 5%, which will be applied in stages:


- In November: 2.5%.
- In December: 2.5%.
The agreed increases will maintain their non-remunerative status, and will then be incorporated into the basic agreement in their nominal value as “November Non-Remunerative Increase” with the assets corresponding to December, and “Non-Remunerative Increase for the month of December” with the salaries corresponding to January.
The Federation and the employers’ chamber will meet in January, at the initiative of either of them, in order to analyze the conventional basic scales, sums, percentages, taking into account the economic variations that could have affected said scales, agreed in this agreement and since its validity.
They also established that, if any increase in the salary scales is agreed upon, said increase will be made on a non-remunerative and non-cumulative basis.
