In dialogue with Scope, Botte He recalled: “My life began with music and rock, but I also always had the idea of creating something with impact. The food sector was a means, not the end, since my ultimate goal is to transform. My first exposure was when I joined an American food company while I was studying at university. “I worked there for 9 years and learned a lot about the frozen food market.”

I have a lot of fun carrying this diverse rhythm, and it’s great to be able to mix my passions and break the formality of work meetings with a touch of rock.”

Wheatfield was born in 2012, “when I decided to become independent and dare to start a business, let go of the corporation and get out of my comfort zone, it was not easy, since I started from scratch and without money,” he recalled. “I started selling croissants from my car, and it was a very hard road, but rewarding. Today, the company has 120 employees, three active plants and two under construction. “We are reinvesting in machinery and working to continue climbing and achieve leadership in the sector,” he said.
