The new ANSES complaints channel
This line is available to all citizens who consider that they were not treated with due respectdignity that corresponds to them, or who were mistreated, insulted or reprimanded for any type of cultural, political or gender preference (discrimination), in any ANSES care center or office.
The purpose of the reporting channel, and of the entire campaign itself, is the continuous improvement of citizen service processes. Promoting better management efficient, transparent and respectful.
You can file a complaint Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. calling 130, option 2. It is available to all those who carried out procedures and queries in person at an ANSES office.
To report, you must have the following data, which will be preserved by the Law 25,326 on Protection of Personal Data:
- Name, surname and document number of the complainant.
- Contact details.
- Information from the ANSES office where the reported event occurred. .
