Through Communication A 8144/2024, ARCA and the Central Bank They reported that they will prohibit banks and processing platforms from using plastics whose CUIT is included in the database of unreliable taxpayers. The entity declares that the inclusion reflects a lack of fiscal reliability that justifies the financial restrictions that are occurring in fiscal obligations.

This covers credit and debit card holders who meet any of the following: conditions:

  • Tax inconsistencies
