The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) It had a deadline of December 31, 2024 to present the new Procedures Manual aimed at unifying, updating and standardizing all its regulations. However, through Resolution 1266/2024, published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, the deadline was extended until April 2025.

The ANSES Procedures Manual, created by GDNyP Resolution 172/10, compiles regulations, supporting procedures and internal processes to ensure consistent performance. Resolution 222/2024 approved a Plan for Simplification and Update of Procedure Standards that includes unification, updating and standardization of regulations.


It was established that all Current Rules of Procedure would expire on December 31, 2024, demanding the presentation of a new Manual. However, a technical report conducted identified the need for more time to complete the comprehensive analysis of the administrative, technical and legislative processes.
The Regulatory Monitoring Commission requested to extend the deadline until April 30, 2025. After analysis of the technical and legal areas, it was decided to grant the extension, ensuring in-depth and quality work for the implementation of the plan.
ANSES: when does the January 2025 payment schedule begin
With just a few hours of 2025 already in, a new administrative year began. The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) paid all the salaries corresponding to the month of December, and the January payment scheduleincluding modifications due to holidays and the previously scheduled increase in 2.4%.
This increase in salaries affects retirees, pensioners and holders of family allowances, thanks to the mobility formula effective since March. This establishes increases based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of two previous months, in this case November, a value derived from the inflation calculated by the INDEC.
