The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) is the body in charge of administering social benefits in Argentina, including the Universal Child Allowance (AUH). This benefit is essential to guarantee a basic income to the most vulnerable families in the country.

The AUH is a monthly allowance that ANSES grants to families with children under 18 years of age or with disabilities, who do not have social work coverage or formal income. This benefit seeks guarantee that children and adolescents have access to fundamental rights such as education and health. To receive this income, families must meet certain requirements, such as presenting the Universal Allocation Book.

Although the Booklet could be delivered until January 31, the Milei government together with ANSES decided to allow it to be demonstrated until March 31 from 2025.
