Cristina Kirchner’s reaction 10 years after the death of Alberto Nisman

The former president expressed her position through their social networkssharing an extensive message from the senator Oscar Parrilliwho harshly criticized the justice system and the media for perpetuating the version of the homicide.

In your message, Parrilli pointed directly against judge Julián Ercolini and prosecutor Eduardo Taianowho recently reaffirmed that Nisman was murdered in relation to his work in the Fiscal Unit for the Investigation of the Attack on the AMIA (UFI-AMIA). “Someone said that you become anywhere but ridiculous. The aphorism seems tailor-made for Judge Ercolini and Prosecutor Taiano,” the senator wrote in his tweet, replicated by Cristina Kirchner.

The legislator also questioned the accusation of the computer technician Diego Lagomarsinodesignated as a necessary participant in the alleged homicide: “It turns out that Diego Lagomarsino, owner and deliverer of the weapon that caused the death of the prosecutor – a question about which there is no controversy because it is absolutely proven – is accused of being a necessary participant in the murder of prosecutor Nisman? And he wasn’t imprisoned for a single day for such a crime? I’m not asking for him to be put in prison, just I am pointing out the unsustainability of the lie”.

The official version and chronology of the case.

He January 18, 2015Alberto Nisman was found dead with a gunshot to the head in the bathroom of his apartment in the Le Parc Tower, Puerto Madero. The night before, he had not responded to calls or messages, which led his mother, Sara Garfunkelalong with a locksmith and guards, to enter the apartment around 10:30 p.m., where they finally found his body.

Next to Nisman was the weapon that had been delivered hours before by Lagomarsino, who admitted having provided it to the prosecutor at his request. The event occurred just one day before Nisman appeared before Congress to present evidence that, according to him, demonstrated an alleged cover-up by Cristina Kirchner’s government for the Iranians suspected of the attack on the AMIA.

Although the Justice classified the case as a murder, responsible have not yet been identifiedand there is not enough evidence to settle the controversies surrounding the case. The evidence that the prosecutor was murdered is not complete, nor is the evidence of suicide.

Criticism of the judicialization of the case and the media

In statements to AM 750, Parrilli was categorical when accusing judicial and political sectors to keep the murder theory alive with political fines. “Every year sectors of Macriism appear, Patricia Bullrichand of Judiciaryinstalling in the press that the prosecutor was murdered, without presenting any evidence, indication or element that would give them any credibility,” he said.

The senator also questioned the alleged intention of these sectors of “discredit Cristina Kirchner” and to those who were part of his government, ensuring that there is no will to investigate seriously: “They haven’t had any proof for 10 years.. “They have no proof.”

Finally, Parrilli expressed suspicions about the role of Lagomarsino, who remains free despite his indictment: “I don’t want them to put him in prison, but obviously this judge and these prosecutors they are hiding something. If they put him in prison, maybe he will speak and tell something more than what he has said in the media.”

Nisman’s death remains one of the most controversial and politicized episodes in the recent history of Argentina. While Justice continues to investigate the case, the opposing positions on the circumstances of his death not only reflect political divisions, but also fuel debate about the role of the media and the judicial system in the construction of public narratives.
