The incident occurred on February 1 near the house 4/6 on Lenin Avenue. People were walking near the house on Lenin Avenue. Suddenly, pieces of ice began to fall on them from the roof, the Federal News Agency notes. Eyewitnesses called an ambulance.
The injured were taken to the hospital, RT notes. As a result of ice falling, children of five and nine years old received craniocerebral injuries and bruises, writes Life.ru. In their 35-year-old mother, doctors recorded a shin bruise.
During the audit, an assessment will be made of compliance with the requirements of the law by responsible officials, as well as the completeness of the measures taken to eliminate ice blocks, snow canopies from the roofs of apartment buildings, and timely cleaning of the local area.
On January 17, a teenager was injured when ice fell from a roof in Barnaul. According to the parents, the boy was leaving the building when a piece of ice collapsed on him. The victim was provided with medical assistance.
