Byma is qualified central counterpart

The firm took a fundamental step upon receiving the QCCP qualification (for its acronym in English).

Byma, Argentine stock markets and markets, is qualified central counterpart, (QCCP for its acronym in English), aligning to high -level international standards that guarantee greater safety, reliability and transparency.

Byma publishes its qualification from the self -assessment carried out in accordance with the recommendations issued by the International Securities Commissions Organization (IOSCO) and the Market Payment and Infrastructure Committee (CPMI).

The performance of the role and functions of QCCP implies that the entity has a structure and mechanisms of good governance aimed at promoting and implementing an integral risk management framework.

With this step, Byma contributes to strengthening the transparency of the capital market with effective supervision practices within the framework of the provisions of RG 993/2024 of the CNV and communication to 7979 of the BCRA.

This allows to enhance the protection of market participants and promotes a safer ecosystem for investors.
