Two people were injured in a fire in the southeast of Moscow

In the south-east of Moscow, on February 3, a fire broke out in an apartment building, as a result of which two people were seriously injured.

As Izvestia found out, a fire that broke out in an apartment in one of the residential buildings along Bataysky Proyezd was quickly extinguished by firefighters who arrived on call.

The victims were hospitalized, their health condition is assessed as serious. In addition, two more people were rescued from the fire.

The circumstances of the incident are currently being established.

Earlier on Thursday, a one-story wooden house caught fire in the private sector in the city of Ulyanovsk, and children were rescued from the fire by the police. It was noted that law enforcement officers arrived at the scene before firefighters. The fire did not have time to spread to the building, all the inhabitants of the house were saved.

On Monday, January 31, a man born in 1978 was injured in a fire in an apartment building in Ukhta (Komi Republic), four more were saved. It was noted that by the time the units arrived, 14 people had evacuated from the house on their own.

Experts call the preliminary cause of the incident careless handling of fire when smoking.
