The average proposed budget for buying an apartment in Moscow in January 2022 in the economy (standard) segment is RUB 10.7 million. Irina Dobrokhotova, managing partner of Dombook, chairman of the board of directors of Best Novostroy, told Izvestia about this on Friday, February 4.
The expert noted that the purchase of an apartment in the capital in the “comfort” segment will cost 13.3 million rubles, in the “business” segment – 29.3 million rubles.
The average estimated budget for the purchase of a premium-class apartment will be 109.7 million rubles. Apartments, conditionally called “elite”, are estimated at an average of 271.4 million rubles, Dobrokhotova explained.
