Security in a shopping center in Moscow tied up a man who refused to put on a mask

Security guards at the Moscow shopping center “Metropolis” tied up a visitor who refused to wear a mask at the entrance to the building. This was reported on February 5 by eyewitnesses of the incident in a group on the VKontakte social network Moskva Novosti.

A video from the scene has been posted to the public. The footage shows how the guards laid the man on the floor upside down. After that, the violator was twisted and taken away.

According to witnesses, the man, when asked to wear a mask, behaved violently. The actions of the security of the shopping center were a response to his behavior.

On January 23, a resident of Tula was removed from the Sochi-Pulkovo flight for refusing to wear a medical mask and a skirmish with the crew of the aircraft. In relation to him, two administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 (“Petty hooliganism”) and under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Failure to comply with the rules of conduct when introducing a high alert regime”).

On January 17, the Ural citizen was removed from the Pobeda airline flight for refusing to wear a mask. The passenger left the plane with his wife.

In mid-December, in the Volga Federal District, a passenger flying from Ulyanovsk to Moscow was removed from the flight for refusing to use personal protective equipment.
