Spring once again put a real early start in Vienna – at least when it comes to the will of the city leaders. Mayor Michael Ludwig and the Vienna Chamber of Commerce President Walter Ruck officially open the season for the city’s 3,500 shamanigaries on March 5. The scene of the staging, which is already established by the red-black predecessor duo Michael Häupl/Walter, is the café Diglas in the city center.
