British rock band Coldplay and American singer Selena Gomez have released a joint video. The video is available on the YouTube channel of the British musicians from Monday, February 7th.
The video was filmed for the song Let Somebody Go from last year’s album Music Of The Spheres. The video was directed by Dave Meers, who has already filmed the video for another Coldplay song, My Universe, HSN clarifies.
The composition Let Somebody Go tells a story about love, describes the pain and emotions of a person who had to let go of a loved one.
The premiere of the song took place in 2021, writes REGNUM. This work was the debut collaboration between Coldplay and Selena Gomez.
Previously, Coldplay and Korean team BTS released a joint track My Universe. In the first seven hours, the lyric video for this song gained 8 million views on YouTube.
In January, the children’s song Baby Shark Dance became the first video clip in YouTube history to reach over 10 billion views. The clip was posted on YouTube five years ago. To date, the video has collected 32 million likes, comments under the video are currently disabled.
