March is a month to commemorate progress, but, above all, to reflect on what is still to achieve. Female leadership is not only a matter of gender, but it is an intelligent business strategy and a need for the future.
They did not ask permission. They took the initiative. They did not wait for the ideal moment. They took every opportunity. They did not settle for being the exception. They became the new rule. Women who lead today in organizations and companies not only occupy positions of power, but are transforming the rules of the game. They did not get here to adapt, but to question, rebuild and challenge structures that, for centuries, were designed to leave them outside.

In this March, the month of women, we highlight women who, from the top, are Redefining leadership, the way of doing business and team management. But with a substantial difference: it is not speech, they are measurable data. Thus, companies with women in leadership positions are up to 50% more profitable. McKinsey confirmed it in a recent study: those companies with the greatest gender diversity in their executive teams are 25% more likely to financially overcome their competitors. Because? Because female leadership provides a more inclusive, collaborative and problem solving look. Diversity is not just a matter of equity, it is a competitive advantage.

But the reality is that, if we continue to the current rhythm, more than 130 years are still missing to close the gender gap in leadership, according to the World Economic Forum. We can’t expect anymore. The transformation depends on more women arriving at the decision table and that, once there, they challenge the status quo.
Invisible challenges: when the demand is doubled
For many women in power positions, success is accompanied by an extra burden: the obligation of “duty.” They are expected to be firm, but not too hard. Empathic, but not weak. Successful, but without neglecting the home. This mandate exhausts and limits the impact they could generate.
The challenge is to reach the top, but without replicating the traditional leadership models, those that value control over collaboration, the authority over empathy. The women leaders who are marking the way understand that true power is to change the organizational culture from the inside.
However, it is worth having a support, a clear strategy, to break the mold without falling into overexigence. Some tips:
1. Create support networks and look for a mentor: Connect with other leaders. Don’t do it alone. By holding your hand to others, you not only rest, but also create a path for those who come behind.
2. Prioritize flexibility and your well -being: Adopt work models that balance productivity with quality of life. Stop rewarding exhaustion and begins to value sustainability in your career.
3. Tomá decisions based on diversity: Rodeate of diverse equipment. Diversity is not just a matter of equity, it is your advantage to make more innovative and effective decisions.
4 .It will be from your authenticity, not from perfection: Do not try to fit into molds. Be faithful to yourself and lead with your identity. The true power is in being genuine.
5 .Develop your resilience: I learned to adapt and grow from the challenges. Use obstacles as impulse to continue advancing more strongly.
6. Collaborate with women of all ages: Look for learning opportunities between generations. Intergenerational collaboration will enrich your leadership and strengthen your impact.

Ontological coaching, like other disciplines, are being key tools for many of these leaders. It allows them to challenge limiting beliefs, manage self -confidence and exercise their leadership with authenticity. In a world where women are expected to be all for everyone, the real act of leadership is to choose what battles fight and in what spaces make the difference.
Women are not only occupying charges, they are redefining leadership. And in that transformation, we all win. Companies that understand this are already one step forward. It is not about fulfilling fees, but also makes the most of the available talent.
March is a month to celebrate advances, but above all to remember that there is still much to do. Because female leadership is not just a matter of gender, it is an intelligent business strategy and an imperative for the future.
