“The reason for this was the circumstances of the snowfall on February 12 on a baby stroller with a two-month-old baby from the roof of a one-story store located on Militseiskaya Street in Kirov. The child was taken to a medical facility for examination,” the statement said.
According to preliminary data, the boy’s mother was in the store at the time of the incident. The prosecutor of the Pervomaisky district left for the place.
