How Donald Trump enforced the ceasefire – a reconstruction

Donald Trump was in a hurry to proclaim the ceasefire between Israel and Iran. Hours before the agreed start at 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning MESZ, the US President announced her on his Truth Social platform. It took hours before Iran and Israel officially followed up. 7.52 a.m.: “The ceasefire is now in force. Please do not violate it,” Trump writes about Truth Social, reports the dpa.

8.23 a.m.: The dpa hurries that the Israeli government has confirmed the ceasefire with Iran. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his cabinet that Israel had reached all war goals “and even far beyond,” said Netanyahu’s office.

9.58 p.m.: Apparently Iran fired another rocket to the Israeli port city of Haifa. There are no injuries, it is said.

10.20 p.m.: The message runs over the ticker that Israel threatens to Iran with hard counterattacks because of the rocket on Haifa, which had injured the ceasefire.
