Bundestag members receive around 12,000 euros diet plus tax -free flat rate. There are also allowances for top offices. They are now significantly increased in the AfD faction.
The AfD party and faction leader Alice Weidel and Tino Chrupalla get significantly more money for their management position from now on. In addition to the normal taxable Bundestag diet of just under 12,000 euros, the AfD faction pays you a allowance of around 12,000 euros from now on. Around 24,000 euros a month
This means that the two bosses come to around 24,000 euros per month. Like all members of the Bundestag, you will also receive a tax -free monthly flat rate of a good 5,300 euros for costs to exercise the mandate, such as the rent of the constituency office, material, taxi rides, hotel costs or accommodation in Berlin. The increase was part of the group’s financial plan for this legislative period, which the parliamentary group unanimously approved last Tuesday, it was said.
Admission also increased for the remaining parliamentary board
“T-Online” reported that the rest of the twelve-member parliamentary board was also doubled from 25 to 50 percent. The deputy parliamentary group leader and parliamentary managing directors would now receive around 6,000 euros per month in addition to the MP.
According to the Deputy Act, the Bundestag factions will receive their money from the federal budget. This year, around 123 million euros are estimated for all factions.
