Donald Trump used the independence day in the United States to stage himself. His signature under the new tax law was accompanied by a flight show.
US President Donald Trump set his signature under the controversial tax and expenditure law on independence. The outdoor ceremony at the White House on the national holiday was accompanied by a flight show to honor the pilots of the recent US attack “midnight hammer” on Iranian nuclear facilities. Among other things, a Type B-2 Tabkappenbomber was seen in the Heaven of Washington-i.e. the aircraft type with which pilots had transported the bunkerbreaking bombs to Iran.
Trump spoke to invited guests in the presence of his wife and First Lady Melania about the success of his presidency. He said, “The world respects us again.”
Following his speech, he signed the “Big Beautiful Bill” that Trump had been driving ahead for months. The president sat down at a table that was set up in front of the White House. The Law had passed the House of Representatives on Thursday after a long struggle in the congress.
Criticism of Donald Trump about medicaid cuts
Independence day is one of the most important non -religious national holidays in the United States. Celebrations take place everywhere, everything is decorated in the colors of the US flag-there is fireworks. On July 4, 1776, British colonies declared their independence from Great Britain and paved the way for the establishment of the United States. In Washington around the White House, safety precautions were taken – you could see many barriers and police cars in the side streets.
At the center of the law, which is known under the name “One Big Beautiful Bill” (“A large, beautiful law”), is the permanent extension of tax relief from Trump’s first term. In addition, new tax cuts are planned. For example, a tax on drinking money and overtime should be eliminated up to a certain amount.
The law provides for more expenses for defense and border protection of the United States, but there are strong cuts in other areas – for example in the social benefits. There is criticism primarily of the intended cuts on the US health system Medicaid. The state program supports low earners and people with disabilities.
